Concert of English Choral Music

Exmouth Choral Society are putting on a concert on Saturday 3rd May at 7pm in Holy Trinity Church. The main piece we are singing will be Benjamin Britten’s ‘St Nicolas’. It tells the story of the saint who inspired Father Christmas and includes some extraordinary legends that surround his name. A youth choir will be assisting us. We are also performing short works by Rutter and Finzi and our tenor soloist, Michael Graham, will be singing Finzi’s Dies Natales. A retiring collection will be taken for Children’s Hospice SW.
