Elevate day festival

Elevate is a one-day wellness festival taking place at Bystock Court in Exmouth, from 10am to 6pm. It brings together movement, mental wellbeing, community, and connection in a beautiful setting.

Across the day, guests can take part in yoga, pilates, breathwork, somatic movement, ice baths, inspirational talks, guided experiences, and live music. There will also be local wellness and lifestyle stalls, along with food and drink, creating a vibrant and uplifting atmosphere.

We’re also excited to have headliners Stephanie Romiszewski and Josh Connolly, alongside a range of speakers and practitioners from across the wellness space, all passionate about helping people feel better in both body and mind.

Elevate is a non-profit event, with all profits going to MND charity, the Darby Rimmer Foundation. These organisations do vital work supporting individuals and families affected by Motor Neurone Disease.

We’re expecting around 200 attendees, alongside local businesses, and professionals, making this a powerful community event for a meaningful cause.
