The Rainbow Care Group-Exmouth Rugby Club OPEN DAY

We are delighted to now be offering community-based dementia day care services across the Exeter and East Devon area (EX1–EX11). Our sessions take place at Exmouth Rugby Club every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00am to 4:00pm, with additional locations planned as we grow.
Our model is intentionally different from traditional care provision. Rather than individuals being placed into care for the day, our support is delivered within familiar and engaging community environments. This may include visits along Exmouth seafront, time spent in local cafés, or participation in community-based activities—helping individuals remain connected to the places and experiences that matter most to them.
We are passionate about working alongside existing community groups and services. Whether through signposting, shared activities, collaboration, or simply raising awareness, we believe that by working together we can create more inclusive, supportive communities for people living with dementia and their families.
