From this week you can book your child onto the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme for the Winter break. The offer is four sessions per child.
The Government-funded scheme provides activities and nutritional meals during the holidays to children aged 5 to 16 who receive benefits-related free school meals.
Over 80 different providers across Devon are offering a great range of activities, from cooking and crafts, sports and coaching, outdoor and forest play, music and dance and much more.
The Council have again partnered with Northcott Theatre & Landmark theatre to offer eligible families limited pantomime tickets.
You can book your places using the booking system.
The Council have been delivering the programme since 2018, and some children, who aren’t eligible, can take part through our ‘extended criteria.’
If your child is not eligible for benefits-related free school meals, but has an Educational Health and Care Plan; is, or has been, in care; or is a young carer, please book using the same booking system as listed above.
The Council are also excited to confirm they will have HAF delivery during the Spring 2026 half term – more information on this to follow.
