New Head of Devon Virtual School joins Devon County Council

Emma Phillips is the new Head of Devon Virtual School for Children with a Social Worker. She aims to strengthen relationships, communication, and support for Devon’s most vulnerable children across schools and educational settings.

Emma Phillips is our new Head of Devon Virtual School for Children with a Social Worker. She’s looking forward to strengthening the council’s relationships, communications and support for our most vulnerable children in schools and other educational settings in Devon.
