Devon & Cornwall Police have received a report of a quad bike, an IFOR WILLIAMS livestock trailer & a number of farm tools stolen from a farm in the vicinity of rural Tiverton and Withleigh on Tuesday between 2am and 6am.
Devon & Cornwall Police have received a report of a quad bike and an IFOR WILLIAMS livestock trailer and a number of farm tools, including a hedge strimmer, 2 chain saws and 10 litres of fuel stolen from a farm in the vicinity of rural Tiverton and Withleigh between 2am and 6am.
They ask for farmers to please be vigilant for any suspicious activity, thefts of this nature are on the rise within our rural communities, please be aware of persons or vehicles present in or around your land, if you have any information please phone 101 quoting Crime Reference: 50250093225

Mark and register your equipment – Engrave identification numbers and register your machinery.
Regularly inspect your perimeters – Conduct routine checks for signs of tampering or trespassing.
