13 (City of Exeter) Squadron, in partnership with The Royal British Legion and the Devon Poppy Appeal, will be turning the historic green gates of Wyvern Barracks red with poppies. The striking sea of red poppies will be placed on the gates ahead of the national period of remembrance in November.
Each 40cm x 36cm poppy sponsored will carry the name of the individual or business for all to see along the busy Topsham Road gates.

All donations raised will go directly to the Royal British Legion, helping support veterans, serving personnel, and their families.
Flying Officer Liam Stanley, Officer Commanding 13 Squadron, said: “The Poppy Appeal is a cause very close to our hearts. By transforming the gates of Wyvern Barracks with sponsored poppies, we not only raise vital funds for the Royal British Legion but also create a powerful reminder of remembrance within the local community.”
