The airline has advised passengers not to travel to the airport unless they have already secured alternative travel arrangements.
In its statement, the carrier expressed deep regret for the disruption caused to passengers and provided guidance for customers with upcoming bookings:

Direct bookings with Blue Islands: Customers are urged to contact their bank or the provider of the payment card used to make the reservation.
-
Bookings via codeshare partner Aurigny: Travellers with Aurigny-issued tickets for flights operated by Blue Islands should contact Aurigny directly, as some services may still operate under Aurigny.
-
Bookings through travel agents or holiday companies: Passengers should reach out to the agency or company through which they made their booking for assistance and further advice.
Blue Islands acknowledged the significant inconvenience to passengers and apologised for the impact on travel plans as the situation continues to unfold.
