Exeter’s popular museum – RAMM – is looking for people to help shape its creative programme.
The Royal Albert Memorial Museum and Art Gallery in Queen Street, Exeter, needs people to join its Community Panel.
In its call for new RAMM Community Panel members, the Museum asks:
- Are you passionate about Exeter and its community?
- Would you like to get involved in understanding how museums work?
- Could your life experiences offer us new insights?
- Do you have ideas on how to make museums welcoming for everyone?
- Would you like the chance to influence the programme and activities of Exeter’s museum?
The Community Panel was launched in 2023 to give local people the opportunity to help shape the creative programme and wider activities at the museum. After a successful two years the current panel have reached the end of their term.
That’s why RAMM now need to find 12 new recruits to form the new panel.
No formal qualifications or experience are necessary, and the Museum is keen to hear from a wide range of people, from different backgrounds, who have a passion for culture and entertainment in their many forms.
