Increased Patrols After Reports of Anti-Social Behaviour in Woodwater Lane Area

Police are responding to reports of anti-social behaviour, aggressive begging, drug use, and criminal damage in the Woodwater Lane and Whitchurch Avenue area.

Police are responding to reports of anti-social behaviour, aggressive begging, drug use, and criminal damage in the Woodwater Lane and Whitchurch Avenue area.

Officers are increasing patrols to deter offenders and encourage residents to report incidents. Non-emergencies can be reported via 101 or online, while emergencies should be reported by calling 999.

Residents are urged to prioritize their safety and avoid directly confronting individuals. Instead, they should note descriptions, travel direction, and any relevant phone footage to assist investigations.

A spokesperson said, "We take these reports seriously and will continue working to ensure the community remains safe."
