Exeter’s Criminal Investigations Department has secured two charges against Alfie Pilkington, following an arrest.
The charges relate to reports of alleged malicious communications posted online on Wednesday 23 April and Thursday 24 April.
The 30-year-old, has been remanded in custody and will appear at Exeter Magistrates’ Court today, Saturday 26 April.
