Police are appealing for witnesses and relevant footage following a report of outraging public decency in Exmouth.
It was reported that at around 5.15pm on Sunday 8 March a male suspect followed two females in Cranford Avenue and exposed himself from within a silver VW vehicle.
Officers investigating the report are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or who may have any CCTV, dash-cam or doorbell footage from the area at the time.
A man in his 20s from the Exeter area has been arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency and has been bailed pending further enquiries.
