At 1440 hrs on Saturday 29th June 2024, Devon & Cornwall Police were called to reports of a single vehicle road traffic collision on the A3052 at Branscombe.
Police attended alongside Devon Fire & Rescue Service and South Western Ambulance resources. The road was closed to allow extraction and treatment of the sole occupant of the vehicle, an 82 year old female who was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The road remained closed for a short while after the other services had completed their work to allow for investigation and vehicle recovery.
