Enquiries have been made by police to locate him and officers are now appealing to the public for information on his whereabouts.
Edwards is described as 5ft 7ins tall, of slim build, with ginger hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen on 7 July and it is believed he could be in the Exmouth area.
