Police are investigating a serious road traffic collision in Exmouth and are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
Officers were called to the collision at around 6.45pm on Monday 30 March on Old Ebford Lane, Exmouth, which involved a grey Nissan Leaf and a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, a local woman in her 20s, sustained suspected life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital by ambulance.
The road remained closed whilst collision investigation work was carried out and was reopened at 12.30am on Tuesday 31 March.
