The Conservatives have won the newly formed Exmouth and Exeter East constituency, with David Reed securing a narrow victory by a majority of 121 votes.
This new constituency was created by merging three Exeter wards—Pinhoe, St Loye’s, and Topsham—with Exmouth, Cranbrook, Budleigh Salterton, and the surrounding areas.
