The family of a man who died following a collision near Otterton have paid tribute to his life.
Mali Dubois, aged 18, from Bradworthy, was confirmed deceased at the scene of the collision in the early hours of Tuesday 29 April.
His family have paid the following tribute to him: “Beloved Son (Best Friend), Grandson and friend to many.
“Mali was so kind and gentle, always there for everybody. Was so Loved and will be missed by everyone that knew him.
“Mali had such a bright future, loved his job as an Agricultural Engineer and loved his tractors and horses, he had everything to live for.
“We will so miss Mali, that twinkle in his eyes and that cheeky smile. Life will never be the same.”
Police enquiries remain ongoing in relation to the single vehicle incident which occurred on Pinn Lane.
An 18-year-old man from the Wadebridge area was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and on suspicion of driving whilst unfit through drink. He has been released on bail, pending further enquiries.
A second man, aged 18 from the Bodmin area, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. He has been de-arrested, while he remains in hospital.
