Officers are keen to locate and speak to Clay in connection to a number of shoplifting reports around Exeter.
Clay is described as a white male, of medium build, around 5ft 8ins tall, with short dark brown hair and facial hair. He has the name Kian tattooed on his neck.
It is believed Clay is still in the Exeter area, although an exact location for him is not known.
