Police are appealing for witnesses and footage following a road traffic collision on the A3052 near Sidmouth.
Police were called at around 1.25pm on Sunday 26 April following a report of the collision involving a motorcycle and a Mitsubishi Mirage vehicle near The Bowd Inn.
As a result of the collision, the motorcycle rider – a man in his 50s – was taken to hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries.
The A3052 was closed whilst officers from the Roads Policing Team conducted initial investigations.
Officers from the Roads Policing Team would like to thank the public for their support and patience while the road was closed.
