Police are appealing for witnesses and footage following a fatal road traffic collision on Pennsylvania Road at the junction with Stoke Valley Road in Exeter.
Officers were called at around 5.10pm on Sunday 5 July 2026 to reports of the collision involving a Morrisons Mercedes Sprinter van and a green Kawasaki ZR 900 motorcycle.
Sadly, the motorcycle rider – a man in his 30s from the local area - sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
His next of kin are aware and are being supported.
The van driver was uninjured and stopped at the scene.
Officers from the Roads Policing Team would like to thank the public for their patience whilst the road was closed.
