Developed with input from the voluntary sector to better meet local needs, the grants will support small community projects across East Devon and community buildings in rural areas.
Applications can be made via the community grants webpage on the East Devon District Council website, where you can access the application forms, guidance, and frequently asked questions.
The council regularly hear from voluntary groups who are interested in much-needed grant funding. High volumes of interest for the community grant fund are anticipated, so the application window may close early.
£118,454 of funding will be allocated through this second round. £300 - £1,500 will be available for small community grants and £500 - £10,000 available for community buildings. This funding comes from a combination of the Community Buildings Grant, Small Community Grants, and the East Devon Action on Poverty Fund.
£85,546 was distributed in the first round of funding (2025 - 2026), and details of the grants awarded are available on the council website.
