The Royal Devon Healthcare Trust know carers play a vital role in supporting patients across acute and community settings. As they develop their Family, Friends and Carers strategy, they are inviting carers to get involved in one of two ways;
1. Join a carers focus group to share your experiences with us and influence how we develop services to involve carers. They meet online every two months to discuss ideas and contribute to meaningful change.
2. Join the remote insight group to share your views from home through short online surveys, emails or quick reviews of draft materials. This option is designed to fit around your caring responsibilities and everyday life.
Both opportunities ensure carers’ voices and experiences guide the development of our strategy.
Your voice matters. Your lived experience will help the Trust understand what works and what needs to change. Together, we can build services that truly support carers.
