A man is due to appear at court today charged in connection to an incident in Newton Abbot town centre in the early hours of Monday 4 May.
Aidan Seal, aged 27, of Berrys Wood, Newton Abbot, has been charged with two counts of section 18 wounding with intent and one count of possessing a bladed article in a public place.
He is due to appear at Plymouth Magistrates’ Court today [5 May].
