Police are appealing for information and are aware of a video which had been circulating on an Exmouth community group social media page, showing an assault taking place in Exeter on Tuesday.
The video has since been deleted.
Police are currently investigating the incident, which occurred by Exeter Cathedral on Tuesday 25 August at around 8.15pm.
Numerous people were involved, and we are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or has information about those responsible.
