Police are seeking the public’s help to trace a 30-year-old wanted man from Exeter.
Elliott Offer is wanted in connection with reports of harassment, controlling and coercive behaviour and breach of police bail.
Enquiries have been made by police to locate him, and officers are now appealing to the public for information on his whereabouts.
Offer is described as a white male, of medium build and roughly 5ft 11ins tall.
Anyone who sees Offer is asked not to approach him but to call police on 999, quoting reference number 50260150454.
