Police are seeking the public’s help to trace a 39-year-old man from Exeter.
Stuart Blackburn is wanted in connection with reports of intentional strangulation.
Enquiries have been made by police to locate him, and officers are now appealing to the public for information on his whereabouts.
Blackburn is described as a white male of slim build with light brown hair. He is 5ft 10in tall.
Anyone who sees Blackburn is asked not to approach him but to call police on 999, quoting reference number 50260206952.
