Officers are appealing for information regarding the whereabouts of a 36-year-old wanted man from Exeter.
Kruze Howard is sought in connection with a breach of a restraining order.
Officers are conducting searches and asking for the public to contact them with any sightings.
Howard is described as white, around 6ft 5ins tall, of medium build and has short brown hair. He has a scorpion tattoo on his right arm.
He has links to Cranbrook and Teignmouth as well as Exeter.
Anyone who sees Howard is asked not to approach him and to call police on 999 quoting reference 50260113160.
