Falling behind to an early goal from the visitors Town levelled before the break and then took a 3-1 lead midway through the second half only to see Willand reduce the lead with a 72 min goal and level the scores with a penalty in the last minute of normal time leaving Town admitting it was 3 points lost rather than a point gained.
The only other local fixture played was a Peninsula League Cup encounter where Sidmouth Town were comprehesivly beaten by 6 goals to 1 by league leaders Okehampton Argyle at Manstone Lane.
