Fancy being Exeter City's new club mascot?

Exeter City have an exciting opportunity to join their League One Club as Club Mascot Lexi the Lion at St James Park on home matchdays where they are proudly celebrating 20 years Supporters' Trust ownership.

Trust ownership is reflected in the commitment to balancing on-field success with long-term sustainability and placing fan and community engagement at the core of our operations.

Exeter City have a special place in the heart of the community and as a family friendly Club have a thriving supporters club focussed on younger fans, the ‘Junior Grecians’ of Exeter City Football Club.

The role of Club Mascot demands a fun, exuberant individual with a passion for entertaining and creating memorable events and experiences, particularly for young people in a manner consistent with the family friendly ethos of the Club. Reporting into our Supporter Experience Officer the Club Mascot will be an integral part of our matchdays by being a positive ambassador for the Club by engaging with supporters who are in attendance enjoying our matchday activities.

Candidates will need to have excellent nonverbal communication skills for when in costume and will work to ensure everyone visiting the Club goes away having had a positive experience and a warm welcome within a safe environment.

This is a casual worker position and hours will primarily be as per the fixture list Saturdays and Tuesday evenings but will vary based on home fixtures. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Club in one of our seasonal roles which may fit around an existing job or other commitments working in the city centre.
