In the local Tolchard Devon Cricket League Exmouth are finding it hard to find their winning form since their return to the Premier Division and lost again this time at home to visitors Sandford by 6 wickets but Sidmouth are enjoying more success with a 7 wicket victory over Paignton at the Fortfield. 

In the A Division Budleigh Salterton were beaten by newly promoted Clyst St George by 82 runs at the Bohea Field while in the B Division Cullompton had a comfortable 151 run home victory over west devon visitors Bridestowe .

In Division C East Ottery St Mary were well beaten at Strawberry Lane by North Devon side Braunton going down to an 8 wicket defeat and finally in Division D East Upottery lost by 6 wickets to visitors Exeter Second Eleven but Topsham St James had a narrow 1 wicket win at Tiverton side Heathcoats third team.
