In local football on Saturday, after Thursday nights win over Wimbourne Town, Exmouth Town are without a league fixture due to the next round of the FA Cup, but take on Paulton Rovers at Southern Road on Saturday the 27th with a trip to Willand Rovers on Bank Holiday Monday.
In the Peninsula League East, Crediton Utd take on Elburton Villa at Lord's Meadow, Cullompton Rangers have home advantage against Plymouth Marjons at Speeds Meadow and second placed Axminster Town play Newton Abbot Spurs at Tigers Way with Teignmouth also at home with the visit of Elmore to Coombe Valley.
Away games include Sidmouth Town, who travel to North Devon to play Torridgeside and Honiton Town make the journey south to take on Dartmouth Utd at Long Cross.
Fixtures for the Devon League do not get underway until the 3rd of September but there a few games taking place this weekend in the Devon and Exeter Divisions with Dawlish Utd traveling to Clyst Valley in the Premier League and in Division One, Lympstone get their season underway tomorrow night (Friday) evening at Chard Town Reserves with Upottery also playing the same night against Topsham Seconds at Glebe Park.
East Budleigh kick off away to Hatherleigh on Saturday and in Division 2 Exmouth Spartan's travel to meet Clyst Valley Reserve's at Winslade Park.
Exmouth Rovers take on Otterton at Stantyway in Divison 7 and finally Ex Dons play Tedburn St Mary Second Eleven away in Division 8.
