Local football fixtures for this weekend

We take a look at this weekends local football fixtures

In local football on Saturday in the Southern league one south after last week's convincing 2-0 victory over Shaftesbury at Southern road Exmouth stay on home soil for the visit of Malvern Town this Saturday and will be looking for another 3 points to keep the pressure on league leaders Yate Town.

In the Peninsula league east leaders Cullompton Rangers visit Bovey Tracey at Mill Marsh Park, third placed Sidmouth Town have home advantage with the visit of north Devon side Torridgeside fc to Manstone lane, struggling Axminster Town welcome Stoke Gabriel TP to Tigers Way, Crediton Utd visit Dorset side Bridport afc at St Mary's , Honiton Town entertain north Devon side Torrington FC at Mountbatten park but Newton Abbot Spurs have to travel to Somerset side Middlezoy Rovers .

In the FA Vase second round Okehampton Argyle will hope to make it into the next round at the expense of Bristol based Thornbury Town when they visit Simmons park .

In the A & S Devon league top of the table Alphington fc host Thorverton at Church road, Topsham Town welcome Beer Albion to the Coronation ground but Ottery St Mary have to travel to Plymstock Utd at their Dean Cross park ground while in the County Cup Budleigh Salterton are away to Ipplepen Athletic .

Finally in the Devon and Exeter league premier division Colyton fc welcome Upottery to the Peace Memorial ground but Clyst Valley are away to west Devon side Winkleigh. In division one East Budleigh have to travel to Teignmouth fc second eleven at Combe valley while in division 2 Seaton Town pay a visit to Farway Utd at Eastlee park . In division 3 Tipton St John welcome  Uffcombe to the playing fields and lastly in division 7 Axmouth Utd host Exmouth Town U23s at Roman road with Exe Utd making the trip to Cranbrook Utd at their Ingram's sports centre.
