Run down of this weekends football matches

In local football on Saturday after last week's 4-1 victory over Kidlington in the FA Trophy Exmouth Town return to Southern League action this weekend with a visit from Yate Town and they will be looking to reverse the 1-0 defeat suffered at the Bristol side in August.

In the Peninsula League East Sidmouth Town travel to West Devon side Okehampton Argyle at Simmons Park in a table topping clash, league leaders Cullompton Rangers host struggling Axminster Town at Speeds Meadow, Honiton Town welcome Elburton Villa to Mountbatten Park, Newton Abbot Spurs have home advantage with the visit of Bridport FC to Marsh Road but Teignmouth AFC have to travel to Somerset side Middlezoy Rovers.

In the A & S Devon League, leaders Alphington FC host Budleigh Salterton at Church Road, Topsham Town welcome Plymouth University side Marjons to the Coronation Ground with Elmore Utd travelling to North Devon side Appledore while Beer Albion welcome Bere Alston Utd to Long Lane in the League Cup.

In the Devon and Exeter League Premier Division Upottery travel to take on Lapford FC at the Sports Ground and Colyton visit Crediton Utd Reserves at Lord's Meadow.

In Division One Lympstone Utd pay a visit to Ottery St Mary Second Eleven at Washbrook Meadow while in Division 2 Seaton Town host Beer Albion Seconds at Colyford Road but, Dawlish Utd have to visit Witheridge's Edge Down Park.

In Division 3 Tipton St John's welcome Alphington Second Eleven to the Playing Fields while finally in Division 7 Axmouth FC have a visit from Phoenix FC to the Roman Road Ground while Exe Utd travel to Exeter side Priory at the College Ground.
