In local football on Saturday once again the weather played its hand and there was just three games survived.
In the A&S Devon league Budleigh Salterton were beaten 2-1 by visiting North Molton SC at Greenway Lane but Beer Albion had the better of a 11 goal thriller at Plymstock Utd winning by 8 goals to 3 .
The only other local result was in the Devon and Exeter league 6th division where Ex Don's were well beaten 4-1 by Railway fc at the Commons ground.
