Exmouth Town loose out in pre season friendly

In last night's pre season friendly at southern road Exmouth Town narrowly lost 4-3 to  visiting southern league premier side Plymouth Parkway. The visitors took the lead on the half hour but Ben Steer leveled for town shortly after, Parkway then took control of the game to score 3 quick goals to show their higher league experience but Town were not done and 2 goals from Arron Denny kept them in the game until the final whistle. This was an encouraging encounter for Exmouth who can now look forward to another home game on Saturday against north Devon side Torrington FC.
