A convincing win for Exmouth Town
In local football last night in their 5th pre season friendly Exmouth Town convincingly beat Peninsula league east side Cullompton Rangers by 5 goals to 1 at their Speeds Meadow ground. Although the home side took an early lead on the 3rd minute goals from Bath,Thorne,Shipton ,Denny and Steer saw Town come away with a comfortable victory.
CHIEFS OVERCOME TIGERS AWAY
Exeter Chiefs kept their play-off hopes firmly alive with an emphatic win over Leicester Tigers at Mattioli Woods Welford Road in round 17 of the Gallagher Premiership.
CITY'S PRE SEASON FRIENDLIES
The football season may have just ended, where The Grecians are getting for life in League Two for the 2026-7 season. However two pre season friendlies have been arranged for the end of July.
