Exmouth Town could not recover from last Saturdays defeat and were beaten at Langsford Park by Tavistock Utd 3-1 .
In local football on Tuesday night in the Peninsula League East Crediton Utd lost their unbeaten record when they were narrowly defeated 3-2 at Lord's Meadow by visitors Okehampton Argyle who now move to the top of the division.
Last night in the same divison Sidmouth Town had a runaway victory at Horsdon Park beating host Elmore FC by a massive 9 goal to 2 but in the Southern League One South Exmouth Town could not recover from last Saturdays defeat and were beaten at Langsford Park by Tavistock Utd 3-1
Two quick goals by the home side before half-time left Town struggling to find parity after the break and although Arron Denny pulled a goal back on 55 mins Tavistock made the game safe with a late strike at the final whistle.
