A look ahead to this weekends local rugby action

Despite regional rugby officially being a rest week three of our local sides take the chance to play catch up games previously postponed.

In Regional two south west Sidmouth travel into Somerset to take on Chard at Essex close while Tiverton make the journey to Plymouth to play Plymstock Albion Oaks and in Counties two Devon Exeter Saracens welcome Barnstaple Athletic to the Exhibition ground.
