In the Regional One South West, Exmouth Cockles got an excellent bonus point win with a 29-25 away victory over second placed Chew Valley.

In local rugby on Saturday, in the Regional One South West, Exmouth Cockles got an excellent bonus point win with a 29-25 away victory over second placed Chew Valley.

Loosing 18-12 just after the break the Cockles scored 2 converted tries and  penalty late on to return home with the 5 points while in Regional Two Sidmouth had a massive 64 points to 0 victory over visitors North Petherton at the Blackmore Field, second placed Crediton lost 32 -17 at Wadebridge Camels and Teignmouth were narrowly beaten 38-31 in Somerset by home side Wellington.

In the Counties One Western West Cullompton remain top after a convincing 36-18 win over Penryn at Stafford Park, Topsham kept up the pressure beating Wiveliscombe 45-13 at the Bonfire Field and Tiverton had a runaway 76-14 victory over visitors Falmouth.

In the Counties 2 Devon Withycombe narrowly beat Exeter Saracens 26-23 at Raleigh Park but Honiton went down 30-25 at Devonport Services Second Fifteen while in Divison 3 Devon East Exeter Athletic lost 30-22 at Sidmouth Second Fifteen.
