In local midweek football on Tuesday Sidmouth Town convincingly beat bottom of the table Axminster Town by 6 goals to nil at Manstone lane in the Peninsula league east while in the A&S Devon league Beer Albion won 3-1 over Ottery St Mary at Washbrook Meadow then last night Teignmouth fc beat Bovey Tracey 1-0 away at Mill Marsh park in the Peninsula league while Budleigh Salterton had a 2-1 victory over Newtown fc at Greenway lane in the Devon league.
