This vital initiative, led by Councillor Dan Comer, aims to serve as an essential resource by highlighting groups and organisations dedicated to providing assistance and guidance to men in distress.
Having faced personal loss himself, Councillor Comer expressed, “I started this project because we have lost too many young men in the area, and I wanted to raise awareness of the groups that men can reach out to for help and support.” Mayor Councillor Cate Williams added, “This will be a valuable tool for the town, offering discreet support and making a significant impact on the community.”
Teignmouth Town Council are very proud to present this crucial resource to the community and would like to thank Councillor Comer for all of his dedication and hard work in launching this project. The notice board is conveniently located at Teignmouth Train station and if you have any information you feel would be beneficial, please contact Councillor Comer directly at dancomer@teignmouth-devon.gov.uk.
