The crash occurred around 11am on Sunday on the eastbound carriageway and involved an orange Nissan Qashqai and a silver Mitsubishi L200. Emergency services attended the scene, and the road was partially closed while they worked.
A 31-year-old woman, who was a passenger in one of the vehicles, sustained serious injuries and was taken to Derriford Hospital. However, her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
Officers are urging anyone who witnessed the incident or has dashcam footage to come forward as they continue their investigation.
