Teignmouth Town Council are delighted to update residents about the up-coming works to the Den Toilets, a vital facility for the community, especially as we head towards the summer season.
The groundworks team is scheduled to return to the site to commence the removal of the old concrete staircase. This essential phase of work is set to begin this week, ensuring the site is prepared for the main contractor and other preliminary works.
The team will be on-site starting this week, and the work is expected to take approximately 2-3 weeks. During this period, they aim to minimise any inconvenience to residents and visitors while they enhance this important public amenity.
Teignmouth Town Council appreciates the community’s understanding and cooperation as they work towards improving the facilities and further updates will be provided as the project progresses.
