Final call for rural community grants in Teignbridge as the deadline for applications is Monday 1 September
Over £200,000 has already been invested to boost rural connectivity in Teignbridge, thanks to the UK Government’s Rural England Prosperity Fund.
One of the projects supported was a new off-road path in Moretonhampstead, delivered by the Moretonhampstead Community Trust with over £10,000 in funding.
Grants of up to £75,000 are still available for projects that show clear evidence of local community support, benefit and need. Projects should focus on creating new or improving:
Tourism, culture and heritage assets
Active travel
Rural amenities
Green spaces
