Newton Abbot Town Council has elected its youngest ever Mayor aged 22.
During the Annual Council Meeting held this week Councillor Alex Hall was declared Mayor of Newton Abbot 2024 to 2025. Mayor Hall will be a great ambassador for the town and a fantastic role model for young people. Special thanks were given to the outgoing Mayor, Councillor David Corney-Walker.
At 22 years of age Alex is making history as being the town’s youngest Mayor and one of the youngest Mayor’s in the Country!
