Police are investigating a report of assault in Torquay and have released a picture of a man we would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
It happened at around 3.15am on Sunday 7 September.
Officers were called following a report a man had been assaulted on Vaughan Road, Torquay.
It was reported the victim was punched to the back of the head, causing him to fall and lose consciousness.
Officers investigating the incident would like to identify the man pictured as they believe he may be able to assist with their enquiries.
