Reece Henderson is wanted in connection to an investigation of an assault.
Officers are carrying out searches and enquiries in order to locate him but are also appealing of the public report any sightings or information as to his whereabouts.
Henderson is described as a white male, of medium build and around 5ft 7ins tall. He has blonde hair and blue eyes and has tattoos on his neck, left arm and right hand.
He has links to South Devon, Cornwall, Birmingham and Scotland.
