Police are appealing for witnesses and footage following a serious injury road traffic collision on Swan Hill Road, Colyford.
Officers were called at 8am on Monday 15 December 2025 to the collision involving a red Nissan Micra and a pedestrian.
As a result of the collision, the pedestrian - a local woman in her 70s - suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital by helicopter. The car driver was not injured.
The road was closed while an investigation was carried out at the scene.
Officers from the Roads Policing team would like to thank the public for their patience whilst the road was closed.
