Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a fatal collision on Cowick Lane, Exeter last week.
Officers were called just before 1pm on Thursday 29 May to a report of a collision involving four vehicles.
It was reported that the collision involved a Toyota Yaris, Vauxhall Movano Van and two parked and unattended cars.
A female passenger in the Yaris, in her 80s from Exeter, was taken to hospital with injuries. She has since sadly passed away.
The driver of the Yaris, a male in his 80s, suffered minor injuries as did the driver and front seat passenger of the Vauxhall van.
