Police were called shortly before 2.30pm on Wednesday 26 November following a report of a collision involving a white Ford Transit panel van, on the A375 at Sidbury. Sadly a man has died following the collision.
The driver of the vehicle, a 53-year-old local man, sustained fatal injuries as a result. His next of kin have been informed.
The van was travelling from the direction of Honiton towards Sidbury when it left the road and collided with a wall.
Officers from the Roads Policing team would like to thank the public for their patience during the road closure whilst a full scene examination took place.
